Over the last sixteen years as an entrepreneur, I’ve been asked time and again, what’s your advice to someone thinking about starting a business?
While it has been a fantastic 16 years since two friends and I started our entrepreneurial journey, starting a business is not for the faint of heart. It can be grueling, challenging and risky. But, at the same time, it can also be energizing, innovative and lucrative. The trouble is, there is no way to know which it will be, and more than likely, it might be a combination of the above.
Based on my experience of taking Synechron from start-up to growth-stage firm, which I discussed recently on the London FinTech Podcast, there are four principles that have guided me through my own journey, before Synechron came to be a $450M+ revenue company valued at $1B.
